Using the XML integration tools provided by Tech Data and Ingram Micro, CFS has been able to provide your buyers with ability to electronically submit purchase orders as well as electronically receive order status information back.  This is one of the many ways we can make your operations very efficient, thus reducing costs and increasing profitability.

• Education and government special pricing with End User Information fields
• Provides automated warehouse sourcing so product is sourced out of the optimal warehouse location, allowing you to get your product sooner and more efficiently.
• Order submissions can optionally contain a request for order confirmation information to be included in the response document.
• Electronically receive order status (Order detail, Invoice Detail, and Shipment Detail) including serial numbers and carrier tracking numbers.
