Ingram Micro and TechData catalogs now importable

The SouthWare^® Excellence Series™ has long included a vendor catalog that allows you to import and view selected vendor pricing files. Custom Financial Solutions has now made this product better! CFS has arranged for Ingram Micro and TechData, the two largest technology product distributors, to provide pricing files in a format that can be imported into the SouthWare^® Vendor Catalog. Further, CFS has insured that these data source files have the correct information available to help you manage your sales and purchasing processes.

Additionally, when an item is located in the vendor catalog file by either your salesperson or purchasing agent, they have the ability with just a few keystrokes to add the product to the SouthWare^® inventory file.

Using customize WorkFlow™ programming provided by CFS, the system follows a series of default setup parameters that assist the user in creating your product code. Over 100 keystrokes are eliminated for every product code that you create using the enhanced vendor catalog option. This reduces the amount of time and effort that you spend on simple repetitive tasks while increasing the accuracy of those tasks at the same time.
