ImportMate II™ - Automatically input data into selected SouthWare^® data files, whether this is during the installation process or to update files with current information.

Extended Data™ - Allows the addition of data fields to a standard SouthWare^® file or a custom database. These fields can become part of the normal entry and reporting for your system.

SouthWare^® Forms™ - This module allows you to create alternate formats for the standard forms available form SouthWare^® products.

SouthWare^® WorkFlow™ - With its unique WorkFlow™ Controller technology you have the ability to “insert” new functions at many different points in a process. Write your own modifications to the rules and flow of processes -- incredibly powerful but easy to use!

Database Director™ - With Database Director™, you can choose which database format you want to use, and even use multiple formats for the same data. Now you can use SouthWare^®'s default Vision ISAM for normal processing, and at the same time replicate data to SQL server or Access for use on a Web site.

OfficeLink™ - You can now interface data directly from SouthWare^® programs to Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.

AcuODBC - Acucorp's ODBC driver gives you seamless integration between SouthWare^®'s data files and third-party programs. You can use the AcuODBC driver to access your SouthWare^® files via Excel, Word, Crystal Reports, and Internet Explorer, to name a few. You can even write your own applications that access the files via AcuODBC.

ActiveX - With Microsoft's ActiveX technology, you can import data into SouthWare^® without launching SouthWare^®'s ImportMate II™ module.

FYI - With SouthWare's FYI reporting technology you can design with selects, sorts & ranges, query data in multiple formats, edit from the GridView, Chart with one click, Export to Excel, XML & more, and/or print to hardcopy, PDF or file..
