CFS utilizes a customized project management process that we have developed over many years of implementing SouthWare®.
Together with your implementation team, we define your vision and strategy for the entire project. During this step, the goals, objectives and scope are identified, documented and communicated to the project team. It is important to understand the expectations for your project. We define success by meeting these expectations.
With the goals established, we then begin the planning phase. In this phase we define and schedule the tasks that need to be completed, determine the start and finish dates, delegate assignments, and try to anticipate obstacles.
The next step is putting the plan into action. During the implementation phase, CFS manages assignments, resources and schedules. We track the process of the implementation and keep you and your implementation team informed of the progress.
