CFS Enhancements to SouthWare^®

CFS strives to help our clients succeed by providing various custom enhancements in addition to the standard SouthWare^® system.  These customizations were designed specifically with the technology reseller in mind ensuring that SouthWare^® meets the needs of the technology industry. Some of the enhancements listed below are modifications to the existing SouthWare^® programming using Workflow, others incorporate external tools like Microsoft Access.

Master Company - CFS has developed a "master" installation of SouthWare^® specific to the technology reseller's needs. The Master company incorporates industry standards and helps speed the overall implementation of SouthWare^®.

Rebate Management System - CFS's Rebate Management System keeps your margin, commission reports, and financial statements up to date while you wait on manufacturer rebates.

Estimated Cost Enhancement - With Estimated Cost, a salesperson can enter what they expect the cost to be rather than relying on last cost or average cost.

Special Reports Menu - CFS has written a number of reports specifically for the technology reseller industry. These are all available from our custom reports menu.

Vendor Catalog Enhancements - Now technology resellers can import Ingram Micro and TechData catalogs with much more ease than ever before.

AR Collections - CFS has used the TaskWise™ module to develop an AR Collections processor. This enhancement is customizable based on an individual client's needs.

XML Purchasing - Now technology resellers can use XML to submit and query purchase order information from TechData.

Custom Webview Portals - Since most users need to access many different modules throughout the day, navigating through SouthWare^® can become confusing and time consuming. CFS has solved this issue by developing custom Webview Portals that provide direct access to the various job functions of each user by clicking a hyperlink or button.

Helpdesk - Helpdesk provides a solution for delivering excellent customer service and support in a helpdesk environment. It also is tightly integrated into the other service modules to provide VAR's, MSP's, ISP's, solution provides, etc. with the best all-in-one-solution.
